Uninstall Twoody and erase everything

1. Quit Twoody, then move the app to the Trash from the Applications folder.
2. In the Finder, Go › Go to Folder…, open ~/Library/Application Support/ and move the twoody-desktop folder to the Trash: it holds your conversations, your memories, the index of your documents and the models installed from Twoody.
3. Empty the Trash.

Your documents themselves are not touched: Twoody read them where they are. Models from LM Studio, Ollama or mlx-lm stay in those applications.

In the iPhone app: My profile › Account › Delete account. Your account is closed at once — your credentials and sessions stop working — and what it holds on our servers (conversations, memories, notes, tasks, files, emails received at your Twoody address, usage and location history) is erased within minutes. Only past payments and subscriptions remain, without your contact details, as the law requires us to keep them.

Or write to support@twoody.com from your account's email address, or giving its phone number if it was created with one. We delete your account and the data tied to it on our servers — conversations, memories, notes, files, emails received at your Twoody address — and confirm it in writing, within one month at most.

We may ask you to confirm the request, to make sure it comes from you.

An email address left to be told about the launch, or a visit that came from a campaign: write to us and we delete them. The details are in the privacy policy.
