Twoody

For professionals

An AI assistant for files that must not leave the office.

With an online assistant, every document you give it goes through another company's servers. With Twoody, it is read on your computer, Mac, Windows or Linux, by a model installed there, and in a private conversation nothing about it leaves the computer.

Lawyers and in-house counsel

  • Attach two versions of a contract and ask what changed.
  • Find, in a set of documents, the passage that answers a question, with its source.
  • Draft a letter or a note from your own documents.

Doctors and health professionals

  • Turn your notes into a clean report.
  • Summarise a letter or a report before an appointment.

Accountants and advisers

  • Question a client's documents: PDF, Word, scans.
  • Draft a letter from a note, in your own style.

Consultants and executives

  • Work on documents covered by a confidentiality agreement.
  • Prepare a summary from your files.

Why it fits professional secrecy

No AI provider sees your files

The model runs on your computer: your clients' documents are sent to no AI service, not to us, not to OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.

No account needed, no content sent

Twoody works without an account. During the beta it shares technical diagnostics without content — never a document, a question or an answer —, which can be turned off in Settings. The account is optional; what leaves the computer, with it or without it, is listed item by item on the security page.

Works on a closed network

Once the model is installed, Twoody works without internet: on a network with no outside access, or on the move.

Answers you can check

Twoody cites its sources, numbered, down to the page: you check each statement before relying on it.

What leaves the computer, and how to check it

What Twoody is not

A language model can be wrong, even when it cites its sources, and a model that runs on a personal computer is smaller than the large online models. Twoody helps you work; it does not replace your judgement, and its answers must be checked before a professional decision.

Questions from professionals

Can I use it for my clients' files?

Yes: Twoody is free for professional use, with no account needed. Your clients' documents are read on your computer and go to no AI service; keep their conversations private, and nothing about them leaves the computer.

Does Twoody read all my files?

No: only the files you attach to a message and the folders you choose. You can remove a folder at any time.

Where are the conversations kept?

In Twoody's data folder on your computer, in your user account; if you back up your computer, the backup includes it. Encrypt the disk: FileVault on a Mac, BitLocker on Windows, LUKS on Linux. The conversations you choose to keep on your optional account are there too, encrypted end to end; for client files, prefer private conversations.

Can the whole office use it?

Each person installs Twoody on their own computer: it is free and needs no account. Private conversations stay on each computer, and those kept on an account on each person's own. With an organization on the Twoody account, a member can share a computer's model with colleagues, if they choose to; being part of it gives access to no conversation and no document.

Twoody is in private beta.

On Mac, Windows and Linux, free, with no account and no subscription — and on iPhone and Android, with Twoody on your computer. Leave your email: we will write to you when Twoody opens to you.
