You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access Twoody. We recommend that you do not share your authentication token with third parties. You can revoke your active sessions at any time from your profile.
You must not attempt to interfere with the service, reverse-engineer proprietary components, transmit malicious code, or use the service to harass or defraud others. Abusive automation (credential stuffing, scraping beyond documented API limits) will result in immediate suspension.
Twoody uses third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). AI responses may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them for any decision with legal, medical, financial or safety consequences.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (queries, recordings, contacts). You grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of delivering the service. We never sell your content.
The service integrates third-party providers (hosting, telephony, banking, mapping, etc.). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when we rely on their APIs on your behalf.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your profile. No refund is issued for the current billing cycle after its start, except where required by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a material breach of these terms, abusive use, or a compromise of your account. You may delete your account at any time — see the privacy policy for how deletion is handled.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of continuous availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Paris judicial district, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified through the app or by email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
