Frequently asked questions
Can I use Msty for work for free?
No: Msty's terms keep the free tier for personal, non-commercial use; work needs a paid Aurum licence, per user. Twoody is free for professional use too.
Do both work offline?
Yes, with local models. Msty's paid licence is checked online, with 14 days allowed offline according to its changelog. Twoody has no licence to check, and works offline once its model is installed.
Which one reads scanned documents?
Twoody, on a Mac: it reads scanned PDFs with macOS text recognition, on the computer. Msty's documentation of Knowledge Stacks mentions no text recognition.
Twoody is in private beta.
On Mac, Windows and Linux, free, with no account and no subscription — and on iPhone and Android, with Twoody on your computer. Leave your email: we will write to you when Twoody opens to you.
